Cancer (Cancer)
According to the ancient myth, the Crab attacked Hercules while he was fighting the Hydra. However, Herkules smashed it with a strong footstep.
Even though the Crab is the least prominent constellations in the zodiac, there are some very nice observing objects in it. The most popular is Beehive Cluster (M44, NGC2632). It is an open star cluster consisting of about 75 stars. With an area of three times the size of the moon, it covers a large area in the sky. It can be best observed with a pair of binoculars.
Another nice observing object is M67 (NGC 2682), though it only well visible with a telescope.
